These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User", or "Account Holder") and kk3e (the "Company", "Platform", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the kk3e website, mobile site, applications, games, betting services, payment facilities, customer support channels, and all other features and services made available at kk3e.net and its associated subdomains (collectively, the "Platform" or "Services").

By completing the registration process to create a kk3e account, by clicking "I Agree" or any equivalent acceptance mechanism, or by accessing or using any part of the Platform after these Terms have been published, you conclusively confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them in full, without reservation or modification.

If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must not register an account, access the Platform, or use any of the Services. Your continued use of the Platform following any published update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

To register an account and use the Services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be a natural person — corporate or institutional registrations are not permitted.
• You must be at least 21 years of age. kk3e applies a minimum age requirement of 21 years. This requirement is non-negotiable and applies to all users regardless of jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of or physically located in any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law, and you must independently verify your legal right to access gambling services in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You must not be operating under any legal incapacity, guardianship, or court-imposed restriction that would prevent you from contracting.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of an employee, contractor, director, or officer of kk3e or any of its affiliated entities, software providers, or payment processing partners.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list operated by kk3e or any other gambling operator, and you must not be a problem gambler who has voluntarily excluded themselves from gambling services.
• All information provided during registration must be accurate, current, and complete. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

kk3e reserves the right to request documentary verification of any eligibility criterion at any time. Failure to provide requested verification within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

3.1 Single Account Policy. Each player may hold only one active kk3e account. The creation or maintenance of more than one account — whether in your own name, under an alias, or using the credentials of another person — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, kk3e reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and void any bonuses, winnings, or balances associated with those accounts.

3.2 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your kk3e login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any third party under any circumstances. kk3e will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility, whether or not it was conducted by you personally.

3.3 KYC Verification. kk3e operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in compliance with its licence obligations. Prior to processing any withdrawal, kk3e may require you to provide one or more of the following: government-issued photo identification (CNIC, passport), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement dated within three months), and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification will have withdrawal functionality restricted until verification is complete.

3.4 Account Closure. You may request the closure of your kk3e account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to your verified payment method following completion of applicable verification checks. Bonus balances and any winnings derived from bonuses that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

3.5 Dormant Accounts. An account is considered dormant if it has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. kk3e reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts after prior notification via the registered email address. This fee will not reduce any account balance below zero.

4.1 Supported Payment Methods. kk3e accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and certain cryptocurrency methods. 4.2 Currency. All transactions on kk3e are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). kk3e does not apply any internal currency conversion fees on PKR transactions. Any exchange costs incurred by your bank or payment provider are outside kk3e's control and are your responsibility.

4.3 Minimum Deposits and Withdrawals. Minimum deposit and withdrawal thresholds apply and vary by payment method. Current minimum amounts are displayed on the relevant transaction pages within your account. kk3e reserves the right to adjust these thresholds with reasonable notice.

4.4 Deposit Finality. Once a deposit has been credited to your kk3e account and has been used to place wagers, it cannot be reversed. Disputes regarding deposits should be submitted to kk3e support with the relevant transaction reference number within fourteen (14) days of the transaction date.

4.5 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawals are processed in accordance with the following general timelines, subject to KYC verification status and payment method:

• JazzCash and EasyPaisa: typically within 30 minutes to 2 hours of approval.
• HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank transfers: typically within 2 to 4 business hours during banking hours.
• Cryptocurrency withdrawals: typically within 1 to 6 hours depending on network conditions.

These timeframes are indicative only. kk3e does not guarantee completion within these periods and shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking system outages, or regulatory holds.

4.6 Withdrawal Method Matching. Withdrawals will generally be processed back to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to availability. kk3e reserves the right to require identity verification before approving any withdrawal request regardless of amount.

5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives offered by kk3e are subject to these General Bonus Terms as well as any specific terms attached to the individual promotion. In the event of a conflict between individual promotion terms and these General Bonus Terms, the individual promotion terms prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds credited to your kk3e account are subject to a wagering requirement. The wagering requirement specifies the total amount that must be wagered using bonus funds (or a combination of bonus and real-money funds as specified) before the resulting balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements applicable to each bonus are set out in that bonus's specific terms.

5.3 Game Contribution Rates. Not all games contribute equally to the fulfilment of wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while live casino table games, baccarat, and certain other game types may contribute at a lower rate (e.g., 10% or 0%). The contribution rate applicable to each game category is specified in the bonus terms for the relevant promotion.

5.4 Bonus Expiry. Bonus funds and the associated wagering requirements are subject to an expiry period as stated in the individual promotion terms. Bonus funds that expire before wagering requirements are met will be voided. Any real-money winnings generated from expired bonus funds will also be voided.

5.5 One Bonus Per Player / Household. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, promotional bonuses are available to one account per player, per household, and per IP address. kk3e reserves the right to limit, revoke, or claw back bonuses where evidence of bonus abuse or multi-accounting is detected.

5.6 kk3e's Right to Modify or Withdraw Promotions. kk3e reserves the right to modify the terms of any ongoing promotion or to withdraw a promotion entirely at any time, with reasonable notice where possible. Changes will not affect bonus funds already credited and in use at the time of the modification.

6.1 Game Rules. Each game available on kk3e is governed by its own specific game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with these rules before placing real-money wagers.

6.2 RNG Certification. All kk3e casino games that use a Random Number Generator are independently certified to ensure that game outcomes are statistically random and that the published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are accurate. RNG certification is maintained on a periodic basis by approved third-party testing laboratories.

6.3 Malfunction Policy. In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or connectivity issue that affects the outcome of a game, kk3e reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wagered amount to the player's real-money balance. kk3e shall not be liable for any losses resulting from technical malfunctions outside its reasonable control.

These limits are available in your account settings and can be reduced at any time with immediate effect. Increases to limits are subject to a cooling-off period before taking effect.

7.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets placed on the kk3e sportsbook are subject to acceptance by kk3e at its sole discretion. Bets are not confirmed until a bet reference number has been issued and the stake has been deducted from your account balance.

7.2 Odds Accuracy. kk3e makes every reasonable effort to ensure that odds displayed on the Platform are accurate at the time of display. In the event that an error in odds is identified, kk3e reserves the right to void bets placed at erroneous odds and return the stake to the player's account.

7.3 Cricket Betting Rules. For PSL, ICC international fixtures, and domestic Pakistani cricket markets, specific cricket betting rules apply regarding match abandonment, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method applications, and player substitutions. These rules are published in the kk3e Sportsbook Rules section accessible from the sportsbook interface. Players are responsible for reading these rules before placing cricket bets.

7.4 In-Play Betting. In-play (live) betting markets are offered on selected events. In-play odds are updated in real time and may be suspended at any time at kk3e's discretion. kk3e is not liable for any delay between the real-world event and the odds update on the Platform when caused by latency in data feeds.

7.5 Maximum Winnings. kk3e applies maximum winnings limits per event and per market. These limits are disclosed in the Sportsbook Rules section. Winning bets that exceed the applicable maximum will be settled at the maximum payout amount.

7.6 Suspicious Betting Activity. kk3e actively monitors betting patterns for indicators of match-fixing, suspicious syndicate activity, or other integrity breaches. Bets that trigger integrity alerts may be suspended pending investigation, and kk3e reserves the right to void such bets and close associated accounts if an integrity breach is confirmed.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the kk3e Platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms that may result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering while under the minimum age of 21 years or falsely representing your age.
• Creating or operating more than one kk3e account.
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or account credentials without authorisation.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair financial advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence, or any other technology to automate gameplay, bonus harvesting, or arbitrage betting.
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform for any purpose connected with money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime.
• Colluding with other players, whether at live casino tables or in any other format, to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in chargeback fraud, payment disputes, or any form of financial misconduct against kk3e.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to kk3e's systems, databases, or administrative interfaces.

kk3e is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe, sustainable gaming environment for all players. The following responsible gaming tools and policies are in place on the Platform:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Reductions take effect immediately. Increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Loss Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly loss limits. The same reduction/increase rules as deposit limits apply.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for its intended personal entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, scrape, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform or its content without the prior written consent of kk3e.

Any unauthorised use of kk3e's intellectual property is a breach of these Terms and may expose you to civil and criminal liability under applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kk3e's aggregate liability to any player arising from or in connection with their use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their kk3e account during the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

kk3e shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or incidental damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of business opportunity, or loss of goodwill, whether foreseeable or not.

kk3e does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses, malware, or other harmful components. Players access and use the Platform at their own risk, and kk3e is not liable for any damage to a player's device or data resulting from use of the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits kk3e's liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12.1 First Contact. If you have a complaint or dispute relating to your kk3e account, transactions, game outcomes, or any other aspect of the Services, your first step should be to contact the kk3e customer support team via live chat or by email at [email protected]. The support team will aim to resolve all complaints within 48 hours of receipt.

12.2 Escalation. If you are not satisfied with the initial response from the support team, you may request escalation to the kk3e Compliance Team by stating this clearly in your email communication. The Compliance Team will review the matter and respond within five (5) business days.

12.3 Record of Outcome. kk3e maintains records of all game outcomes and transactions for a period of not less than five (5) years. These records are the authoritative source for the purpose of resolving any disputed game round or transaction.

12.4 Time Limit for Claims. All claims and disputes must be submitted to kk3e within six (6) months of the event giving rise to the claim. Claims submitted after this limitation period will not be accepted.

kk3e reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered players via email to the address registered with their kk3e account, with reasonable advance notice where possible.

The most current version of these Terms will always be published at kk3e.net/terms-conditions with the effective date clearly displayed. By continuing to use the Platform after an amendment has been published, you accept and agree to the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure.

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which kk3e is licensed to operate as an online gaming operator.
